Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Renew Vows

After Nick Cannon’s recent health battles, Cannon and his wife, pop singer, Mariah Carey, decided to renew their vows in Paris.

The couple, who were married four years ago in the Bahamas, celebrated their anniversary which falls on Monday, by having their vows renewed with a ceremony in Paris on Friday night, complete with the Eiffel Tower as a romantic view to their nuptials.

The pair were dressed in white, with Mariah Carey sporting a mermaid cream dress with spaghetti straps topped off with a black bow embellishment. Carey was all smiles as Nick Cannon got down on one knee in his matching white tux.

Cannon and Carey were said to have arrived in a swanky private jet around 1 am on Friday morning. After posing for photos next to the Eiffel Tower, the pair wined and dined at restaurant Le Jules Verne, which is located on the Tower itself.

The nuptials come on the heels of a celebration for the happy couple. Despite numerous trips to the hospital because of Cannon’s autoimmune disease, it seems as though Cannon is slowly recooperating and is on the mend from his health scares. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon also have their 1 year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan to celebrate as well.

After his January release from the hospital after his battle with kidney disease, Nick Cannon told reporters that Mariah was his “hero” and “the virtuous person who is my angel.”
