Lauren Tannehill Steals Spotlight From Husband Ryan During 2012 NFL Draft

Ryan Tannehill was the one who completed his journey to the NFL last night, but it was his wife Lauren Tannehill who had people talking.

The beautiful blonde was all smiles when Ryan’s name was called by the Miami Dolphins during the first round of the NFL draft. And while Ryan was posing with his new jersey, Twitter was lighting up about his wife. According to Yahoo, Lauren was the subject of 800 tweets in the minutes after Tannehill was drafted by the Dolphins.

One user wrote: Ryan Tannehill may not be winning with the Dolphins anytime soon, but he’s already won the game of life. His wife Lauren…WOW

Another added: We know Ryan Tannehill has good decision making skills. Did you see his wife??

The International Business Times reports that Tannehill’s wife, formerly Lauren Ufer, is a model and former cheerleader. She graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology in 2010.

The couple were married earlier this year and will soon be moving to Miami.

Tannehill tweeted: “FINS ARE UP!!!!! Miami here we come!!!!!!”

Lauren also sent out a photo shortly after Ryan was drafted to the Dolphins, saying: Happiest Couple Ever!!!!!
