Mariah Carey Accidentally Ignores, Then Poses With Katy Perry At Vegas Show, Shows Off Huge Shoe Closet [Video]

Mariah Carey has been bringing her diva best while continuing her residency at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. This past Sunday, Carey was graced with the presence of pop princess Katy Perry at her performance, but unintentionally ignored the “California Girls” songstress, as Entertainment Ireland shares.

Perry was obviously quite enthused about being at the show of a singer and songwriter she so admires, and posted a picture with Mariah on her Instagram account. Of course, the photo was snapped once Mariah became aware of the fact that Perry was present in her audience.

In addition to the photo taken of the duo, Perry also posted an additional pic displaying her admiration for Mariah, while in front a massive poster advertising the Vegas show, as the Daily Mail shares as well as the complementary caption.

For a little added bonus to dish out to her own and Mariah’s massive fan base, Perry also added a short video of the same moment the two had a chance to pose together.

Perry and her friends caught Mariah’s Vegas performance just before its run is set to finish. Mimi has stunned audiences with her incredible vocals for a number of months now while in Vegas. However, her final show will be July 26. People Magazine details what Carey’s audience experienced when they attended the show.

“In her show, Carey, 45, performs her 18 number one hits in chronological order, while – in typical Vegas style – sporting a number of costume changes and performing in elaborate props, including a neon yellow jet ski and hot pink Thunderbird convertible.”

Mimi continues to be the comeback queen we all know and love. Speculations were brewing earlier this year that the diva would be undone once her divorce from Nick Cannon was finalized, and many reports were flying as to Mariah’s level of talent and whether she could bring the heat while in her Vegas residency. Carey has stunned audiences and has a new man on her arm, leaving those naysayers to realize that Mariah is still a force to be reckoned with and has still got the pipes to bring her fans back for more.

The songbird’s shoe closet has certainly not been hurt in the separating of assets with Cannon. As Page Six shares, Mariah was openly eager to pass along a pic of her expansive shoe closet that is as big as some studio apartments. The icon captioned the picture in true form.
