Ben Higgins Says ‘Bachelorette’ Kaitlyn Bristowe Deserves Happiness

Ben Higgins has no hard feelings towards Kaitlyn Bristowe for sending him home. As the latest The Bachelorette episode aired on Monday night, Ben posted a tweet that praised Kaitlyn.

Ben called Kaitlyn a “wonderful girl” who “deserves happiness.” He added that he has a lot of respect for her and was glad that she was the one who became the Bachelorette. To the tweet, Ben added a photo of them during their date in Ireland.

Kaitlyn responded in kind.

Will this be the last time that the franchise’s viewers see Ben Higgins? Maybe not. Many have called for the 26-year-old to be the next star of The Bachelor. Former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman tweeted that Ben not ending up with Kaitlyn is a great thing for the franchise’s fans, hinting that he is now free to be the next man to hand out the red roses.

Former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky also said that Ben should be the next Bachelor. She tweeted that watching Ben kiss Kaitlyn is pretty much a preview for the next season.

She predicted that Ben will have more fantasy suite overnight dates in the future.

On Monday night’s episode, Kaitlyn enjoyed a day in the Irish countryside with Ben. They rode horses, got chased by some donkeys, made out, and had a picnic in front of a castle. It was during the picnic that Ben confessed to Kaitlyn that he was falling in love with her and couldn’t wait to start a life with her.

Later that night, the two enjoyed a romantic dinner in the castle. Ben confessed to Kaitlyn that he actually turned 26 during filming but didn’t tell her because he didn’t want her to think that he’s too young for her. Kaitlyn, who was about to turn 30, assured him that age is not a problem. Kaitlyn then presented him with the overnight date card, which Ben quickly accepted, predicting that it’ll be the “best sleepover ever.”

The next morning, after their “sleepover,” the two ate breakfast and said their goodbyes. Kaitlyn said that she never having expected to fall in love with Ben, and was more confused than ever about the decision that she would have to make between him, Nick Viall, and Shawn Booth.

Unfortunately for Ben Higgins, Kaitlyn Bristowe ended up sending him home at the rose ceremony, choosing Nick Viall and Shawn Booth to be the final two men. Will viewers actually see Ben as the next The Bachelor star? If the show’s producers pay attention to what’s being said on social media, that many happen. In response to creator and executive producer Mike Fleiss’ tweet asking everyone what they were thinking of the episode so far, many people said that they want Ben to be the next Bachelor.

As previously reported by the Inqusitir, host Chris Harrison has admitted that the show is interested in one of Kaitlyn’s final men to be the next Bachelor.
