Henry Cavill And Ben Affleck At The ‘Batman V Superman’ Panel, 2015 San Diego Comic-Con [Photos]

Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck were two of the big attractions during the Warner Bros. Batman v Superman panel at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con this past Saturday.

And it’s no wonder. We got a short glimpse at them last year when the movie’s director, Zack Snyder, surprised those present in Hall H and introduced what he calls the trinity, Batman (Affleck), Superman (Cavill), and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot). Even though, at that time, they didn’t answer any questions, it was thrilling for fans to see the protagonists for the first time on the same stage, and we could only imagine what their characters would look like on screen.

A year later, we have seen not only one, but two trailers showing Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck facing-off in a confrontation that promises to be epic. The Batman v Superman trailer Snyder introduced on Saturday also shows a first look at Wonder Woman, who is seen flying through the skies, and she looks amazing.

We also saw Lois Lane (Amy Adams) and Martha Kent (Diane Lane) standing firmly by Superman when he suffers the consequences from that last destructive battle against General Zod (Michael Shannon) — who apparently is not dead after all. The super cool trailer included Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) — who had a lot of screen time and Batman’s loyal butler, Alfred (Jeremy Irons).

However cool the trailer was, seeing Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck together on stage was just as cool as seeing the images in the Batman v Superman trailer. So here are some of the most memorable moments of their joint appearance.
