Bobbi Kristina Brown: Aunt Is ‘Shocked’ She’s In Hospice Care

Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved to a hospice facility following a lengthy stay in the hospital, and one of her family members says she’s “shocked” at the move because she thought Bobbi was getting better.

Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital on January 31 after being found unresponsive in a bathtub in her home, and since then rumors have flown on the web regarding her condition, what caused it, and whether her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, may have had something to do with it. When a photo of Bobbi taken in the hospital was leaked, the Brown family was blamed and subsequently banned from visiting her, and her aunt, Leolah, says she doesn’t think it’s fair.

“Please know that, that picture that was taken of my niece, Bobbi Kristina was taken when NO other Brown was around her. My brothers KNOW this and we have already determined who we are sure it WAS NOT! And believe me-IT WAS NOT A BROWN! I knew in my heart this would happen and did MY best to try to keep certain people away and at the same time keep the peace for my niece’s and brothers sake. But there is only so much I can do (right now)!” she wrote on Facebook.

Leolah added, “I will not say much right now-but please be aware that I am just as shocked as you are when it comes to the status of my niece, Bobbi Kristina even being in hospice period! To the best of my knowledge, she was getting better! From what I knew and heard-hospice was not even a thought in any Brown’s head! I am angry because in my mind (and I will ALWAYS say this as long as God keeps breath in me) Bobbi Kristina WAS GETTING BETTER!”

Meanwhile, Nick Gordon has continued to deny that he had anything to do with Bobbi’s condition; he, too, was banned from seeing Bobbi while she was in the hospital. Rumors say that Nick was abusive to Bobbi Kristina during their relationship, something she allegedly confided in friends about, and Dr. Cyril Wecht says that if he did indeed harm her that night, it will show up in an autopsy should she pass away.

“If she was beaten and there was evidence of that beating, the autopsy will show how she sustained a brain injury causing the brain to swell,” Wecht said.
