‘Grimm’ At Comic-Con 2015: Cast And Crew To Talk Juliette’s Fate, Air Exclusive Footage From Season 5


Although season 5 of Grimm isn’t set to premiere until late October, fans will be excited to learn that spoilers concerning the new season will be revealed at the upcoming Comic-Con in San Diego.

Along with footage from Season 5 expected to be revealed during the event, perhaps the biggest part of the new season that might be touched on is the question surrounding Juliette’s fate.

The finale for Season 4 featured Juliette being killed by Trubel after Nick hunted her down for killing his mother. With that in mind, the new season is expected to primarily deal with Nick as he moves forward following the loss of both his girlfriend and mother. However, many fans are still holding out hope that Juliette will return at some point.

While Jim Kouf told fans following the finale that “Juliette is dead,” Venture Capital Post is reporting that the cast members at the Q&A event might address the issue once and for all. The event will feature a number of cast members, including David Guintoli, Russell Hornsby, Silas Weir Mitchell, Reggie Lee, Sasha Roiz, Bree Turner, and Claire Coffee. Noticeably absent from the list is Bitsie Tulloch, who plays Juliette in the series.

Along with the cast, executive producers Jim Kouf, David Greenwalt, and Norberto Barba will also be in attendance at the panel. At the same time, the Q & A panel with cast and crew is set to be moderated by Lynette Rice from Entertainment Weekly.

Meanwhile, according to Fashion & Style, NBC is also set to reveal new footage of the upcoming season during the panel at Comic-Con. The news comes after NBC released a promo image of Nick in the midst of fire with the caption: “Vengeance rises from the ashes.”

The new promo poster seems to indicate that Nick will be on a path of revenge following the death of Juliette and his mother. However, further details have not been released.

Hopefully, the new footage of the coming season will shed additionally light into what Nick will be facing when Grimm returns to television. Additionally, fans attending Comic-Con might also be treated with some more news on Juliette and whether or not she’ll be coming back at some point in Season 5.

The Grimm panel is set to kick off July 11 in Ballroom 20 at Comic-Con in San Diego, while the new season of Grimm will premiere October 30 on NBC.
