Brock Lesnar Hits Fan With Car Door: Will The Former WWE Champ Be Fined? [Video]

His aggressiveness and unpredictable behavior are a couple of reasons why Brock Lesnar was given the nickname “the Beast,” and during his last appearance on Monday Night Raw, Lesnar lived up to his nickname and behaved like an animal. As reported by the New York Daily News, the former WWE champ accidentally hit a fan with a piece of wreckage from J&J Security’s Cadillac car door after ripping it off with his bare hands.

Regarding the incident, the WWE released the following statement to the New York Daily News.

“WWE immediately responded to the incident during last night’s show. The fan was unharmed and declined any medical attention.”

It seems that Brock Lesnar doesn’t know his own strength, and after he destroyed J&J Security’s luxurious Cadillac without remorse, Lesnar launched the car door in the direction of a fan. Fortunately, the fan was unharmed, but Lesnar’s carelessness could have caused serious physical damage if anyone was hit with the full impact of the object.

Although it’s hard to tell from the video exactly where the car door landed, a plastic liner from the Cadillac door struck one unsuspecting fan while the metal part landed just short of the Allstate Arena crowd, the report states. Paramedics examined the man, who was then brought backstage before returning to his seat to finish watching the rest of the show.

As of the time of this report, it is unknown if Vince McMahon is evaluating the possibility of sanctioning a monetary fine to Brock Lesnar for his reckless behavior. According to a report from Ringside News, Bryan Alvarez, editor of Figure Four Weekly, said that it’s highly unlikely that Lesnar will be fined for the incident. Alvarez explained that the car was parked far enough from the crowd and the incident was just an unfortunate accident. He also said that the WWE wouldn’t fine Brock for an accident like this one. However, in the future, “the Beast” will have to take more care of his actions outside the ring or he might not be so lucky next time.

This isn’t the first time Lesnar has been embroiled in controversy. Earlier this year, Stephanie McMahon announced that Brock Lesnar was “suspended and fined” for attacking the RAW announcers and a WWE cameraman at the post-WrestleMania 31 edition of RAW.
