‘Clash Of Clans’ Update: Dark Spell Factory Presents Haste Spell, Poison Spell

Clash of Clans update time is nearly here again. The latest Clash of Clans update will include a dark spell factory and a host of new spells to use against enemies.

Supercell hinted that the game will have some fancy new features very soon, which could certainly alter how attacks are carried out. On Tuesday (June 30), the game makers hinted at a Haste Spell, giving a little bit of information about how it might work.

Haste Spell: The fastest speed boost ever, at half the storage space of a Rage Spell.”

This is now the third new spell that Supercell has hinted at in the next update, giving users a chance to really shake things up (pun intended). As reported by gaming site GameZone.com part of the improvements will also be the introduction of an Earthquake Spell. They hypothesize that it will also be part of the new Dark Spell Factory that will have to be built in order to concoct these spells. This could mean that users have to start saving up a lot of dark elixir in order to afford these potions. A snippet was given by Supercell about the Earthquake Spell as well.

“Earthquake Spell: Rattles away the hitpoints from buildings and Walls!”

A video was also released on how the Haste Spell will look in the latest Clash of Clans update. It speeds up the troops a lot better, getting things like balloons and giants to targets in a much faster method. It seems possible that combining a Haste Spell with a Rage Spell could work to create some pretty unstoppable attacks in wars. It should be an exciting process for users to start playing around with these new dark spells to see how they can best be used.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the last big Clash of Clans update from Supercell included providing users with an Air Sweeper to combat dragons. This was an attempt to level the field against heavy attacks from not just dragons, but any attacking troops that come from the air. It certainly changed the way a lot of users attacked air defenses, shifting a bit of the power back to the defender in those scenarios. Now it is the attackers that are getting some new “toys” to play with.

A third spell that will be introduced to users soon is the Poison Spell. It seems to work exactly as advertised, working to fight against defensive troops hiding in clan castles. It is unclear if it will work against the barbarian kings and archer queens, but there is no reason to think that it won’t. A quick tease was given from Supercell about how this one will work as well.

Poison spell: Make a toxic cloud that slows and drains the health of defending troops.”

The drop date for this next Clash of Clans update has not yet been revealed, but with so many news changes coming to the game, it should take place pretty soon. It shouldn’t be a stretch to expect this to take place sometime this week so that users can try out the new “toys” over the holiday weekend.
