Kendall Breaks Record: Kendall Jenner Has ‘Most Liked’ Photo On Instagram, Breaks Kim Kardashian’s Record
Kendall Jenner broke the record for the “most liked” photo on Instagram, beating out her sister, Kim Kardashian. According to the Huffington Post, Kendall posted a photo of herself wearing a white lace gown, laying on the floor with her hair surrounding her head, with pieces shaped in hearts.
The photo currently has over 2.6 million likes, beating out Kim and Kanye West’s wedding photo from last year. Kimye’s photo has over 2.4 million likes, still impressive.
Jenner, 19, has really come into her own over the past couple of years, and has become quite popular. People seem to really love checking in with her, and her photos are clearly just as popular as her super-famous older sister’s.
News that Kendall broke the record on Instagram is surprising, mainly because of the photo that she posted isn’t anything super special. People all over the world anxiously awaited the first photos from Kim and Kanye’s wedding, but evidently there was something about Kendall’s photo that really captured fans.

The only comparison? Both brunettes were wearing white lace in their respective snaps. According to People Magazine, Kendall has always looked up to her older sisters, especially Kim.

No one can say that Kendall isn’t pumped to hold the new record, either. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star took to Twitter to brag (in the nicest way possible, of course) about her new accomplishment.

Once Kendall breaks a record set by Kim Kardashian, anything is possible. Many people think that it’s only a matter of time before her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, becomes the new Instagram queen.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, it’s only a matter of time before Kylie takes over.
“Kylie has admitted that she takes 500 selfies before choosing just one to post online. If she’s that particular about her pictures, perhaps she’ll eventually snap a selfie that proves to be just as popular as Kendall and Kim’s pretty pics.”
The younger Jenners are somewhat more relateable to people who use social media, and are gaining fans by the minute. While people still adore Kim, she is a mom now, and you could say that she appeals to an older crowd. Thoughts?
