Andi Dorfman Update: Former ‘Bachelorette’ Snags New Guy, New Show?

Is former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman dating again? Though her split with former fiancé Josh Murray didn’t happen too many months ago, Andi is said to have gotten cozy with a new hunk recently, and he’s definitely a familiar face to many. Andi is keeping busy with a move to New York and a new web series set to debut, but is she finding a little room for romance again too?

According to Us Weekly, Andi Dorfman didn’t hang out solely with Bachelor bestie Nikki Ferrell last week at the 2015 Country Music Awards Festival. Andi and Nikki posted a lot of photos and updates on Instagram, but there seems to be one big event that they neglected to mention. It seems that Dorfman and country star Sam Hunt spent some quality time together.

For those not entirely familiar with Sam Hunt, he just won Breakthrough Video of the Year, notes Taste of Country, at the 2015 CMT Music Awards, and he was nominated for New Artist of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards. Hunt may be a relative newcomer on the country music scene, but he’s making a hard and fast impact and generating a lot of buzz.

So what’s the scoop on the Andi Dorfman and Sam Hunt hook-up? Us Weekly reports that the two connected in Nashville on Thursday, June 11, which would seem to have been right about when she hit town. Andi and Nikki posted a photo to Instagram showing them with singer and One Tree Hill actress Jana Kramer as they got started on the Nashville fun, but there sure doesn’t seem to be any hint of Andi’s time reportedly spent with Hunt.

The singer and the former Bachelorette star are said to have connected after Hunt’s show in Nashville. So, are Andi and Sam the next big celebrity couple? It doesn’t sound as if Bachelorette fans should count on this turning into anything, as sources seem to indicate it was just a one-night fling.

While Andi may not be going on tour with Sam Hunt as a new romance develops, she is keeping busy. Andi scored a web series called Andi’s Apple that will focus on her big move to New York. As Variety shared, the new show will focus on Andi living in New York and tackling dating, food, fitness, and the world of fashion.

Having left her home in Atlanta and career in law behind after her split with Murray, Andi is pursuing her love of fashion, seemingly wanting to turn her passion into a new career. She’s hanging out a lot with Bachelor bud Sharleen Joynt, and many will be curious to see if Bachelorette fans embrace the show. So far, Time Inc. doesn’t seem to have made details available regarding when or where people can find Andi’s Apple.

Will Andi Dorfman be able to successfully extend her 15 minutes of fame into a successful web series, fashion career, and possibly another public romance? Will her ex-fiancé Josh Murray headline The Bachelor 2016 season, as some suspect? Fans will have to stay tuned for now.
