Jessica Simpson And Friend CaCee Cobb Share Adorable Pic Of Their Babies

Jessica Simpson and CaCee Cobb have been best friends forever, and a new pic shows that their babies are too.

The singer shared an adorable picture of her daughter Maxwell holding Wilder, the new baby for Simpson’s longtime pal CaCee.

“Maxwell and Wilder – a dream come true for me and @caceecobb #DoubleBFF,” Jessica captioned the picture.

As the picture shows, Jessica and CaCee have grown even closer now that they’ve had babies. The friends have frequently been spotted together on family outings and even asked each other to take a special role for their respective children.

It’s not just child time that the friends have shared — CaCee and Jessica have even gone through pregnancies together, with CaCee carrying her oldest son Rocco at the same time Jessica was pregnant with son Ace.

As Us Weekly noted at the time, CaCee’s pregnancy was first spotted thanks to a double date with Jessica and her husband.

“Indeed, back in December, Simpson, Johnson and their daughter Maxwell, now 9 months, joined Cobb, Faison and other pals in early December at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills for Cobb’s birthday lunch. According to an observer, both Simpson and Cobb skipped alcohol for the festive meal — Simpson had ginger ale, Cobb drank tea. Most tellingly of all, Scrubs star Faison, 38 (already a father of four from previous relationship), lovingly rubbed Cobb’s belly throughout the gathering.”

CaCee’s newest addition to her family is extra special for Jessica Simpson, who was asked to be Wilder’s godmother.

Given her love of doting on baby girls, it seems like a good fit. Back when Maxwell was first born, Jessica raved about how great it was to spoil her daughter.

“I’m addicted to buying headbands with massive flowers for Maxwell on easy! She is insanely beautiful I can’t help but play dress up! I am so in love with baby Maxwell. I want to cry every time I look at her. Motherhood is by far the best thing I’ve ever experienced.”

Jessica also has plenty of resources to be a godmother. Earlier this year, she sold half of her billion-dollar fashion and house ware brand to investment group Sequential Brands Group.

And Jessica Simpson has returned the favor with CaCee, naming her best friend and former assistant as the godmother of Maxwell.

Given their close relationship, it’s likely that Jessica Simpson and CaCee Cobb will have a lot more chances to share pictures of their babies.
