Ryan Seacrest Dating Former Miss Teen USA Hilary Cruz
Is Ryan Seacrest off the market again? Rumors are circulating that he just might be a taken man. According to People Magazine, Seacrest is dating around again.
The American Idol host is rumored to be currently dating former Miss Teen USA Hilary Cruz. So how did Seacrest and Cruz meet? Well, according to a source, the couple met through mutual friends. The pair supposedly met at Seacrest’s 40th birthday party in Napa back. Hilary was joined by Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Paula Abdul, and Randy Jackson to celebrate.
That said, it doesn’t look like they’re in a serious relationship just yet. According to the source, the relationship is very “new” and that “they’re having fun.”
According to the source, the couple are taking things slow. This makes sense given Ryan Seacrest’s busy schedule. So far, the duo have gone out on “low-key dinner dates,” and the former Miss Teen USA star stopped by the Idol set towards the end of the season to see Seacrest.
As far as Seacrest’s dating past, Ryan Seacrest split from model Shayna Taylor right before his 40th birthday back in December. According to TMZ, the couple were only dating for 18 months.
Seacrest confirmed the news that he broke up from model Shayna Taylor when he was interviewed by Us Weekly at Jingle Ball in December. At the time, Seacrest said he was single, but he didn’t seem too heartbroken by the breakup.
In fact, he had vacation plans in mind. At the time, he told Us Weekly, “I’m going to take off the whole week of Christmas. I’m not even going to charge my phone. My family and I do a fondue dinner for Christmas Eve and then on Christmas day after presents I try to eat so much that I can’t sleep on my stomach that night.”
Prior to his relationship with Shayna, Ryan went out with Dancing with the Stars Julianna Hough for three years. Hough revealed to Redbook Magazine that their perfect relationship wasn’t what it seemed.
“I had one foot out because I didn’t want to get hurt. And I didn’t say what was on my mind because I didn’t want to ruffle any feathers. I needed to be perfect. But now I’m not holding anything back, because I’d rather get my heart broken than never know what it is to be completely, madly in love.”
As for Ryan Seacrest, he usually doesn’t speak about his past flames.
