Heather Salines: Married Mother Arrested For Having Sex With Daughter’s 15-Year-Old Boyfriend, Twin Brother

A married mother of two from Massachusetts, Heather Salines, was arrested for allegedly raping her daughter’s 15-year-old boyfriend.

However, new allegations against the woman claim she not only had sex with her daughter’s boyfriend, but also his twin brother.

According to the Daily Mail, 39-year-old Heather Salines has admitted to sleeping with a 15-year-old boy that was the on-and-off again boyfriend of her teenage daughter. She says that things “spiraled out of control” after she “lost herself” in the relationship. The rape came to light after a teacher at the Belmonte Middle School discovered that the teen boy was showing nude pictures of the woman to friends in class. Salines was arrested back in March of 2014 after admitting to the love affair with the teen boy. However, as Salines prepared to accept a plea bargain and plead guilty to her charges, the boy’s twin brother came forward with allegations that the married woman had also raped him.

The Boston Herald reports the new allegations caused the woman to abandon her plea deal and enter a plea of not guilty. The woman says that the allegations made by the second boy are false and that she “completely, uncategorically” denies them. Salines’ lawyer, William Korman, says that the timing of the disclose just 10 days before the defendant was supposed to enter a guilty plea was suspect and that his client was “ready to take responsibility” for her first set of indictments before the allegations were made by the second child.

“My client was ready to take responsibility for the first set of indictments. We completely, uncategorically deny that anything happened with the second child. We question the timing of this disclosure, which was approximately May 28 or so, a mere two weeks before my client was prepared to take a rather substantial guilty plea. As far as we are aware there is absolutely no forensic evidence linking my client to anything involving the recently disclosed victim in any way, shape or form.”

With the new allegations allegedly taking place the month prior to the other offense, the boys would have been 14-years-old at that time. The lawyers say that the new charges are based on allegations of an incident that occurred a month before the alleged incident that prompted the original charges last year, but no details about what may have taken place between Salines and the second twin have been disclosed.

The cases have now been joined and the rape trial will go forward on August 17 as planned.
