Amid Rehab Drama, Kim Richards Is ‘Homeless,’ Moving In With Sister Kathy Hilton After Rehab [Report]
As rehab drama surrounding Kim Richards continues to swirl, a source has informed Radar Online the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will soon move in with her older step-sister, Kathy Hilton.
Richards is “basically homeless now,” a source told the site on June 4. “She was moving somewhere cheaper right before she entered rehab. All of her stuff is in storage.”
“Kim has blown through all of her RHOBH money. She never got any endorsements like the other ladies, or a wine line. She just couldn’t turn it into a lucrative deal.”
Richards’ rehab drama began in April, following her drunken arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Days after her incarceration, Richards appeared on the Dr. Phil Show, and was questioned about her relapse, as well as her plans for treatment. A short time later, she reportedly checked into a sober living facility in Malibu, California, but left less than one month later to attend the wedding of her daughter, Brooke Brinson.
Following the wedding, Richards’ rehab drama continued when she allegedly skipped out on her deadline to return to the facility in lieu of staying in Mexico for what has been reported as a drinking and pill binge.
“Kim doesn’t have any place to live right now. Kim will probably move in with Kathy and Rick when she gets out of rehab. Kim’s family has been worried about her. Things have gone from bad to worse for her. The show was supposed to be her saving grace but now she has almost nothing.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Richards’ rehab drama was believed to be her saving grace when it came to her future with Bravo. However, according to recent reports, the reality star has since been fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Earlier this week, E! News confirmed Richards’ axing, claiming that while she could possibly be seen on the show in cameo roles, she is no longer taking part in a full-time role.
“It’s possible Kim may return for a cameo, or a few appearances, but not as a full-time series regular. The fates of the rest of the housewives have not yet been decided, however we are told that most of the women are expected to return.”
Richards rehab drama appears to be in full swing currently, following the former reality star’s enrollment in a new facility earlier this week.
