From the looks of JJ’s Instagram page , two of his favorite things in the world are his daughter, Gemma, and hockey. Sometimes he even manages to combine the two passions into one outing.
Lane is a former investment banker, and he reportedly graduated cum laude with a finance degree from the University of Denver. He lived in New York for a bit, but he is based back in Denver these days.

He says he started his first business when he was 13-years-old, and he’s always embraced doing things his own way. JJ says he went to college to learn corporate finance and accounting at his father’s urging, and now he’s founded a company called 360 Service Companies.

Clients can find a variety of home service professionals from cleaning and interior design to lawn care via the site and this is definitely a project that’s been years in the making for JJ from the sounds of his background.
Lane doesn’t necessarily bring any drama this season, based on the available Bachelorette spoilers. However, he definitely developed some bromances and seems to have a good sense of humor. JJ has been tweeting about the show quite a bit, and it would seem he’s become tight with fellow bachelors Clint Arlis and Tanner Tolbert in particular.
