‘Gone Girl’s’ Casey Wilson Gives Birth To Son

Gone Girl actress Casey Wilson has given birth a baby boy.

According to E!, this is the first child for Wilson, who is known for acting on show’s like Happy Endings and the ill-fated Marry Me, and husband David Caspe. Although this must be a happy occasion, Wilson said her pregnancy was “rocky.”

While on the Today show she opened up with Jenna Bush Hager about her difficult pregnancy, but of course told it with a bit of comedic styling. “My husband said, ‘So many women are glowing pregnant women and you are not one of them. He meant it as a compliment. I have had a rougher pregnancy but I’m here and I’m happy to be here.”

She continued, “We’ve gotten off to a rocky start, my son and I, but I think we’re going to see our way through this. He’s in a lot of trouble right now.”

She also opened up about her pregnancy to Fit Pregnancy. “I felt tired and sick and in a fog, like an extreme hangover, until about week 16. I thought, ‘Surely, this is the worst part of parenting.’Then I remembered when I was 15..”

The former SNL star admitted that she’s perfectly healthy about having a boy. She told Fit Pregnancy at the time, “Having lost my mom, and having had such a close mother-daughter relationship, I felt like somehow I wasn’t ready for a girl. I felt like the universe is letting me try this out with a boy first.”

Casey Wilson and David Caspe wed in California back in May of 2014. At the time she released a statement to Us Weekly, as well as a picture from the nuptials.

“David and I couldn’t have been more excited to celebrate our special day with all of our closest friends and family. Oprah, sadly, was a no show. (Probably because we’ve never met. Maybe next time?).”

For the special occasion the funny couple decided to include Kanye West and Kim Kardashian in on the ceremony.

So far Casey Wilson hasn’t put out a statement on the birth of her boy, but we’re positive that when she does it will have a touch of comedy to it.
