Kristen Taekman is having fun on this season of The Real Housewives of New York. Last season, Kristen was fighting for her marriage, which wasn’t doing so well when the cameras were around. Her husband, Josh Taekman, was clearly stressed out and frustrated and she wasn’t doing much to help the situation.
But these days, Kristen Taekman is all about having a blast. And even though this season is still relatively new, Taekman is already butting heads with Bethenny Frankel. Kristen wasn’t invited to Frankel’s birthday party, which didn’t sit well with her. But despite this little rift, Taekman has some interesting things to say about Bethenny.
According to a new Bravo report, Kristen Taekman is now revealing that she actually felt bad for Bethenny during this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York, as this week’s episode was an emotional one to watch.
“Therapy with Bethenny was difficult to watch. At this point I have not really gotten to know her at all, so watching this made me and everyone else, I’m sure, just want to give her a hug. She has so much going on past, present, and wondering about her future. And now a kid is involved! She said that she needs help to navigate and she has a hard time trusting…I was thinking this was only applicable to men, but I guess it’s friends, too. Huh…good to know. It’s sad to me that she isn’t able to trust people. Not everyone is out to get her,” Kristen Taekman points out in her blog.
But the therapy session was just the beginning. Frankel travels to Miami to see her stepfather, and here she opens up a can of worms.
“Bethenny meeting up with her stepdad after 25 years! Wow, this is some heavy and humbling stuff. I can’t even begin to imagine,” Taekman reveals in her blog.
Of course, Kristen Taekman knows a thing or two about tackling difficult situations on television. Last season, Kristen was caught in tears a few times over Josh’s behavior. But this season, Taekman is all about offering her opinions to the problems. Kristen is not only talking about Bethenny this week, but she has also offered up some advice for Sonja Morgan. According to the Inquisitr , Kristen feels that Sonja needs help.
