Valencia College Slapped With Lawsuit For Forcing Students To Undergo Humiliating Vaginal Probes In Class

According to the latest shocking reports, Valencia College in Orlando, Fla. is being slapped with a lawsuit for allegedly forcing two students to undergo vaginal probe inspections as part of their learning program.

The details of the federal lawsuit, filed last week against three instructors from the college, are troubling to say the least, although they are yet to be proved.

The defendants in the suit have been named as Maureen Bugnacki, Linda Shaheen and Barbara Ball.

Apparently, during orientation at the college, “a second-year student, Jennifer Astor (nicknamed the ‘TransVag Queen’) was asked to explain the medical diagnostic sonography program’s faculty believed that students should undergo invasive transvaginal ultrasound procedures in order to become better sonography technicians.”

As such, the suit continues, “Valencia positioned these transvaginal probes as voluntary, but its actual policy and practice was that they were not.”

On top of that the lawsuit alleges that the students endured invasive probes without any privacy, having been told to disrobe in the bathroom and return only with towels.

The suit claims, “A student would place a condom over the probe and then apply generous amounts of lubrication to the probe. In some cases, the student would have to sexually ‘stimulate’ plaintiffs in order to facilitate inserting the probe into plaintiffs’ vaginas.”

For the women who allegedly underwent the examinations, the suit says they all, “experienced discomfort and embarrassment each time they had to endure this forced probing of their sexual organs.”

On top of that, one defendant, Barbara Bell, made comments deemed inappropriate to one of the students, as the suit claims, “Defendant Ball’s comments can only be described as bizarre during some of these forced probing sessions.”

Apparently, Ball approached one of the students, “She allegedly approached one student… during a probing session and stated (she) was ‘sexy’ and should be an ‘escort girl’ (prostitute).”

It remains to be seen what the outcome of the lawsuit will be, being that for the time being it has allegedly not even been received by the authorities at Valencia College.
