Kylie Jenner’s style seems to resemble her sister Kim Kardashian more and more these days. As Kylie takes after Kim, she receives well-grounded advice.
Recently, it’s almost as if Kylie is Kim’s doppelganger. When you see the Jenner youth, it’s like looking into a mirror of her sister’s past. Via Kylizzle’s Instagram page, she posts some very Kardashian-looking pics. And several people often double-take.
And though Kylie Jenner ‘s style seems to lean more towards Kim Kardashian ‘s, her sister often attempts to give her advice. And Mrs. West’s words of wisdom aren’t only about fashion and glamour, but they’re also about life in general.
When the 17-year-old Jenner was being scrutinized because of her lips, big sister encouraged her from past and current experiences of dealing with insecurities.
“I think you look amazing…your lips look amazing. I don’t want you to get carried away. Lips aren’t permanent. But if they ask about your lips, just own up to it…”
“…I think that, if something makes you insecure and you’ve been feeling that way forever, who doesn’t want to look amazing? You only have one life. And what I’ve realized from what all of us have gone through is ‘do what makes you happy’, to an extent. I mean, I don’t want you to go crazy.”
“I always tell Kylie that we’ve all had our insecurities, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. It’s just handling it the right way. If someone asks you about your lips, just be honest. Just tell them, ‘It’s really not that big of a deal’.”
Big Sister Kim goes on to talk about her own insecurities, lately dealing with her weight.
