Bruce Jenner Talks Plastic Surgery Procedures In Transitioning From Male To Female, Plus 10 More Revelations

Bruce Jenner is transitioning from a man to a woman after hiding his transgender secret for years. And with that transition comes plastic surgery, reported People.

The list of procedures include a nose job, an upper lip lift, and forehead surgery. Jenner unveiled the past and future of his plastic surgery in a meeting with his daughters, including both Kendall and Kylie Jenner and Khloe, Kim, and Kourtney Kardashian.

In doing so, Bruce also provided insights as to what’s involved in changing genders.

“Guys have a little ridge here,” pointed out Jenner, gesturing to his facial features.

But although Jenner was sharing the details now, Khloe was upset that she was discovering that some changes already had been done without her knowledge.

“There are very premeditated operations, these are not anything you decide on a whim.”

In addition, Khloe revealed that she was aware that the transition involved meetings with both a psychologist and a physician.

“If that’s true, you’ve been doing these therapy sessions for how long?” questioned Khloe.

But the details about plastic surgery weren’t the only revelations from the special, called Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce.

Revelation 2: Jenner also opened up about his hair, which for many months has been chronicled in the media.

“The worst days of my life are the days I have to get my hair cut,” Bruce finally confessed.

Jenner said that he forced himself to cut his hair to conform to society’s views on how a man should look.

“I want my hair to be longer, but society says I’ve got to cut my hair because I’m a guy,” mused Bruce.

“Does it look better on Bruce? Yes. But it doesn’t look better on my soul.”

Revelation 3: The Keeping Up with the Kardashians special also revealed that Bruce had been hiding his fondness for pedicures, complete with pink painted toenails, noted the Hollywood Reporter.

As his daughters listened carefully in the episode, producers also showed the girls in “confessionals” talking about what they knew. Some revealed that they had discovered him in female attire when they were growing up, hiding the secret until now, when they finally felt safe to reveal.

Revelation 4: Kendall once saw her father at 4 a.m., and pretended not to have caught him in female attire.

“I feel bad. If that’s what makes you happy, and you had to sneak around at 4 a.m. because you didn’t want to scare me and Kylie?”

But some of the revelations came directly from Bruce about the past, reported OK magazine.

Revelations 5 and 6: Jenner admitted that he had gender identity issues for as long as he could remember. As for those highly acclaimed Olympic triumphs? He regarded them as a “distraction.”

“Since I was a little kid my gender identity was always an issue. The Olympic games was the biggest distraction of who I am.”

Revelation 7: As for when Bruce will become a woman? Jenner revealed that’s planned for the spring, which shocked his daughters.

“I don’t think it’s fair that you don’t tell us how close this is in the near future,” accused Khloe.

Revelation 8: Jenner emphasized that he plans to live as a woman rather than hiding anymore. He also revealed that he already has a doctor’s appointment.

Revelation 9: Kris Jenner is having a challenge in accepting her ex-husband’s plans.

“I want him to be happy but my biggest concern is that you guys are okay,” Kris told Kim. “I’m not okay. I don’t know how to handle this.”

And the 10th Revelation: Bruce’s secret almost came out in the 1980s, but a reporter then agreed to hide it. As to why he chose Diana Sawyer for his first interview?

“If you do it with someone serious it has legitimacy,” explained Kim.

But as the Inquisitr reported, it’s Kim Kardashian who is supporting Bruce in choosing the attire for his female persona.

Kim went through Jenner’s closet to provide Bruce with tips on the most flattering selections as Bruce confessed that he admired her style so much, he stole one of her outfits.
