Ryan Edwards Defends Maci Bookout After ‘Teen Mom OG’ Fight With Farrah Abraham

Ryan Edwards and Maci Bookout haven’t always had the best relationship, but when it comes to her ongoing feud with her Teen Mom OG co-star Farrah Abraham, Ryan Edwards is Team Maci all the way. In fact, according to a May 13 report by OK! Magazine, Ryan Edwards recently went to bat for his ex-girlfriend.

On May 11, Abraham shared the following tweet, prompting Ryan Edwards to respond.

“Maci is still scared #Lmao well when she stops lieing/being immature with the rest might be hope of me associating w/them #teenmomog @mtv.”

After reading the tweet, Ryan Edwards asked Abraham, “wtf does this even mean?,” and he didn’t stop there. Ryan Edwards went on to throw Abraham’s adult career in her face, saying after starring in the explicit film, she shouldn’t be allowed to have an opinion.

“I think when you take —- in your — you shouldn’t be able to talk about anyone.”

As Teen Mom fans have seen, Abraham starred in an adult film with James Deen years ago, after the fourth season of the MTV reality show came to an end. Then, when MTV decided to bring the girls back, she was left out. However, after weeks of filming, MTV had a change of heart, and from there, tensions between Abraham and Bookout reached an all-time high.

On the show, Ryan Edwards’ ex-girlfriend claimed she no longer wanted to be involved with the show if Abraham was featured, but after quitting briefly, Bookout agreed to return — but without her and Ryan Edwards’ six-year-old, Bentley.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, this isn’t the first time Ryan Edwards has spoken negatively about Abraham. During a Teen Mom OG clip on OK! Magazine, Ryan Edwards was seen speaking with a friend about Bookout and Abraham’s feud, calling Abraham “nasty” and saying she’s “got no morals.”

“I don’t blame Maci for wanting to not associate with MTV anymore.”

As for his sometimes strained relationship with the now-pregnant Bookout, Ryan Edwards explained, “We have our times, like today.” He then went on to recount the day’s events, which included a tense moment with the network.

“Today, apparently, Maci was not going to do this MTV filming show anymore because they’re bringing Farrah back, and then she texted my mom saying, ‘I’m coming to get Bentley,’ because she thought MTV was going to go behind her back.”
