Kris Jenner Reacts To Bruce Jenner’s Transition News Publicly, Wishes Him Happiness

Kris Jenner has been rather tight-lipped about her ex-husband’s transition into a woman, but she recently spoke out about her feelings on the whole situation. According to Us Weekly, Kris talked a little bit about Bruce Jenner in a profile piece for the New York Times Magazine. Without going into too much detail, Kris gave a fairly short response to a question about her ex, keeping it basic.

“At the end of the day, I just want him to be happy. He’s going to find his happiness, and he’s going to have his journey,” Kris said.

Kris Jenner made the interview more about her life as a momager and how she and her six kids are constantly trying to find the next idea to run with. While some people would think “enough is enough” when it comes to these reality stars, Kris says that her kids (specifically her girls) have a great worth ethic and come up with ideas that just so happen to be really successful.

“It doesn’t mean that we’re always looking for more or that we’re greedy. There’s a lot of people that have great ideas and dreams and whatnot, but unless you’re willing to work really, really hard, and work for what you want, it’s never going to happen. And that’s what’s so great about the girls. It’s all about their work ethic,” she said.

Love her or hate her, Kris Jenner really is the backbone in her family. Whether she’s booking photo shoots for Kendall Jenner’s modeling career or making sure Rob Kardashian’s sock line gets into the right stores, Kris has her family on lock. There has been a bit of controversy with the Kardashian-Jenner clan after Bruce decided to sit down with Diane Sawyer for a candid interview about how he’s becoming a female. Many seem to think that Kris isn’t too happy with all of the attention her ex is getting, and that’s why she hasn’t said too much about it. However, Bruce’s confession has brought more attention and publicity to the family as a whole, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians is certainly benefiting — which means Kris is too.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kris chose not to take part in Bruce’s interview. Some sources say that her “teary response,” which will be featured on an upcoming KUWTK special, was actually “staged.”

The E! KUWTK special will air in two parts on May 17 and May 18 at 9 p.m. EST.
