MTV Couple Splits: Jenelle Evans’ Ex-Fiance Moves Out As She’s Accused Of Getting Drunk On Cinco De Mayo

MTV couple Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith have officially called it quits, and over the weekend, Griffith moved out of her South Carolina home. According to a May 6 report by OK! Magazine, the Teen Mom 2 star hasn’t been wearing her engagement ring for weeks, but only recently ended her relationship for good.

The magazine went on to reveal Griffith has been living with his friend, Josh Friedman, and is still legally restricted from having contact with Evans. Following the MTV couple’s alleged physical altercation in early March, a no contact order was put into place, and now, months later, it still exists (although domestic violence charges against Griffith were dropped weeks ago).

Despite the order, the MTV couple continues to co-parent their 10-month-old son, Kaiser. After one year of dating, the MTV couple welcomed their first child together, the second for both parties, who also have older children from previous relationships.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the MTV couple’s split has allegedly “hurt” Evans, but she’s determined to move on from the relationship. In fact, according to an interview with Radar Online earlier this week, a source claimed Evans is already planning for her next relationship.

“She’s been saying she’s going to start seeing other people and going on dates but takes things slowly. [Her] standards are so high now. Jenelle only wants to date someone that’s graduated with a degree and no drugs and good family man. But she’s not rushing because she’s focusing on family, her externship, and graduation In July.”

In the past, Evans hasn’t had many standards at all. Not only have most of her boyfriends come with a criminal record, a couple of them also appeared to be deadbeat fathers, which for most, would be a red flag. Hopefully, if Evans is unable to stay single and find happiness within herself, she will at least pick a man worth having around both her and her children.

“[Nathan] doesn’t want her, so she can’t control him. He’s an a–hole, but she’s been through worse.”

Last night, Evans was spotted out with her friend, Tori Rhyne, to celebrate Cinco De Mayo, and according to a couple of deleted photos, she may have had a little too much fun.

The MTV couple returns to MTV in Teen Mom 2 Season 6 on July 9 at 10 p.m.
