2015 Kentucky Derby: Betting Odds And How To Watch The Race On TV Or Streaming Live Online


Get your big hats out, prepare a couple of mint juleps, and know where to place your money as the betting odds for the 2015 Kentucky Derby are out. The 141st running of the legendary race is taking place on Saturday, May 2, at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, and for those that won’t be there, you can check out the TV schedule and how to watch it streaming live online.

The 2015 Kentucky Derby is set to begin at 5:24 p.m. CST on Saturday, and the odds as of Wednesday morning have American Pharoah still as the favorite. The odds have changed a bit since Monday so keep track of them all.

Frammento and Tale of Verve have also been placed on the “also eligible” list. If any horse from the field of 20 is scratched before scratch time on Friday at 9 a.m. ET, one of these two horses could be placed into the race.

There are some huge bets being placed already and more are likely to come. Others are betting whatever they possibly can so that they can get in on the action.

If you’re lucky enough to be in attendance for the 2015 Kentucky Derby, then you can watch all the action first-hand. For those that are at home, make sure to tune into your local NBC channel to watch it all from start to finish with coverage officially beginning at 4 p.m. EST on Saturday.

Those going to the race at Churchill Downs are asked to arrive and be seated by 5:15 p.m. local time.

For those that won’t be able to watch live on TV, there are a number of other options so that you can enjoy the race. NBC Sports Live Extra will have it streaming live online and you won’t miss anything that way either.
