Former Project Runway finalist Kenley Collins was arrested Tuesday after assaulting her boyfriend with a cat.
New York City Police say that Kenley tossed the cat, a laptop, a glass of water, and three apples at Zachary Penley during an argument in the couple’s Brooklyn apartment. Penley told police that Collins woke him by tossing the cat in his face, and then later told him “You’re lucky, it could have been worse” which is fair, because she could have thrown a dog ?
Penley, an artist and musician penned a song called “CAT?” for Collins’ Project Runway finale appearance in Season 5.
Kenley claims the fight was “a miscommunication” and that “there is no case.” There’s no word on the wellbeing of the cat.
