Kym Johnson: Robert Herjavec To Struggle With Depression If Relationship Ends, Ex Alleges

Dancing with the Stars’ Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec have been under the microscope for quite some time now. Although the two claim that they are nothing but good friends, people are not buying it, and with the surprise that Herjavec pulled off just recently, the relationship rumors are now burning wild like a forest fire.

After last week’s performance, the Shark Tank star gave Johnson a collector 1985 “Peaches ‘n Cream” Barbie doll. The gift wasn’t simply out of whim. It held quite a special meaning, as the show’s host, Erin Andrews, commented that Johnson resembled a real-life version of the said doll during the couple’s waltz number.

In a photo uploaded on Johnson’s Instagram account, she and Herjavec were photographed together with the collector doll. Herjavec was holding the doll, presenting it to the camera, while his other hand was circled around Johnson’s waist. Johnson, on the other hand, can be seen smiling and pointing at the doll.

The pro dancer then captioned the snap, “@erinandrews look what @robertherjavec surprised me with!”

Although many are suspicious of Herjavec’s sentimental gesture, people close to him assert that the relationship rumors are not real. An insider even revealed to Reality TV Magazine that Herjavec’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Diane Plese, feels that Herjavec is just going to get disappointed again with Johnson.

The insider said, “Diane does not wish any ill will on Robert, and she wants her ex-husband to be happy. But, she knows that he is just going to get his heart broken, and after his dark depression over the divorce, she is scared for their kids’ sake that Robert will want to take his own life again.”

The past year, Herjavec struggled coping with his divorce, and it’s reported that he contemplated suicide. However, since he started dancing with Johnson on Dancing with the Stars, the Shark Tank tycoon seem to be in better shape. He is often seen going out with his dancing partner, whom he calls “baby” and “sexy.”

Just a few weeks ago, the two were caught on camera kissing each other as they left Greenblatt’s Deli in Hollywood. The cameraman filming their intimate moment approached the couple and asked if they were in a relationship. Herjavec denied, saying, “We’re great friends. It’s an incredible experience (in reference to DWTS) to go through, it’s nice to make friends with somebody and she’s an incredible teacher.”

Johnson was formerly engaged to cricket player Shane Watson. They split up after being together for three years.
