Ellie Goulding had a little too much fun on Monday night. The “Love Me Like You Do” singer was at the O2 Arena in London to watch boyfriend Dougie Poynter perform. He took the stage with his bandmates during their latest performance on McBusted’s Most Excellent Adventure Tour. Ellie and Georgia Jones – wife of guitarist Danny Jones – kissed each other, according to a Daily Mail report.
Goulding even shared a photo of the steamy kiss on Instagram. She captioned the photo: “Me and @georgia_f_jones can’t BELIEVE we didn’t achieve our dream of being on the McBusted kiss cam AGAIN. So here’s our own. You’re welcome.” Fans were definitely happy to see the photo of Goulding and Jones kissing.
Ellie Goulding also shared a gym selfie with her boyfriend on Monday. Elle wore a gray sports bra and navy blue shorts in the photo, while Dougie went shirtless for the pic. He also gave a thumbs up for the camera, as he was obviously proud of their ripped physiques. Ellie and Dougie have reportedly been dating since last March.
Goulding captioned the photo: “Gym knobs.” For those who live in the U.S, the British slang for “knob” either refers to “an obnoxious person” or the male genitalia, according to Urban Dictionary.
She previously caused engagement rumors when she was spotted wearing an alleged engagement ring on her ring finger. Ellie and Dougie were spotted dining at The Wolseley Restaurant in London , England, according to J-14 . Some reports said that Ellie “made it a point” to show off her engagement ring to paparazzi, although it looked like a simple gold band.
Now fans are wondering if Goulding and Poynter are planning to tie the knot. The singer hasn’t yet made an announcement about her supposed engagement ring on social media. However, Goulding did show fans that she got matching tattoos with Poynter last week. The couple got matching skull tattoos on their middle fingers, as seen on Ellie Goulding’s Instagram account.
The news of their matching tattoos hasn’t helped the engagement rumors die down. Ellie and Dougie have also been spending a lot more time together. The couple has been sharing photos of their various trips and dates on each of their Instagram accounts. Dougie has even showed a half-naked mirror selfie of himself alongside Ellie. It doesn’t look like this couple is afraid of showing their love for each other.
