Simon Saran Nearly Didn’t Appear On ‘Teen Mom OG,’ Farrah Abraham Was Hesitant To Share Love Life

Simon Saran will be seen on upcoming episodes of Teen Mom OG, but according to a new report, his role on the show almost didn’t happen. On Monday, Abraham discussed her relationship with Simon Saran during a video interview with OK! Magazine.

“I’m not so open to allowing people to see my relationship with my boyfriend so much. It’s something that I really believe in. I don’t want too much of anything messing that up, which some things do, and you get to see that during the season.”

Before she began dating Simon Saran, Abraham was linked to a couple of men, including DJ Brian Dawe, adult star James Deen and Daniel Alvarez, whom fans met during a prior season of Teen Mom.

Abraham was also seen on VH1’s Couple’s Therapy, where she attempted to address her issues with relationships.

As the Inquisitr reported last month, Abraham confirmed Simon Saran would be appearing on Teen Mom OG in an interview with Radar Online. Speaking to the site, Abraham teased of bickering between herself and boyfriend Simon Saran.

“[Simon Saran] appears on ‘Teen Mom OG’ because I’m open to showing as much as I possibly can. If there is any bickering it is just because we’re getting to know each other.”

Simon Saran went public with his relationship earlier this year, and the two have been tweeting details and photos ever since. Saran has also become acquainted with Abraham’s family, including her father, Michael Abraham, and her daughter, Sophia.

In her interview, Abraham went on to explain that while she and Simon Saran are doing well, her past troubles have made her hesitant when it comes to her relationship.

“I’m so fragile. My past has been filled with so many bad guys that I’m always worried if a guy is going to be honest with me.”

After Abraham rejoined her co-stars for Teen Mom OG, many members of the cast spoke out against her. However, at this point, she appears to be civil with most of them, aside from Maci Bookout, of course. Bookout has continued to speak out about Abraham in multiple interviews, claiming her co-star’s adult career isn’t something she wants her son, 6-year-old Bentley, to be a part of. She’s even reportedly quit the series because of her desire to cut ties with Abraham.
