Teresa Giudice’s Home To Go Into Foreclosure
Teresa Giudice’s home could go into foreclosure, as The Real Housewives of New Jersey star remains behind bars on charges of bank and wire fraud. On March 31, OK! Magazine claimed Teresa Giudice’s home could go into foreclosure at any time.
“Joe [Giudice] is in so much debt, and so behind [in paying back the IRS]. Teresa and Joe are planning to let the house go into foreclosure. No one is buying it!”
Teresa Giudice’s home has been on the market for several months, but unfortunately, no one has been interested. Because of the family’s alleged “bad credit,” they are said to be struggling to find a new home. Luckily, their family will likely help out.
“They have a large extended family. Somebody will take them in.”
As for why Teresa Giudice’s home isn’t selling, the OK! Magazine source claimed the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple was asking to much.
“The house is still overpriced. It’s in the middle of nowhere, and there’s a major highway right near the backyard.”
Teresa Giudice’s home has been featured for years on The Real Housewives of New Jersey and has long been a favorite with fans. Unfortunately, viewers of the show may have seen the last of the New Jersey mansion.
Giudice entered prison on January 5 to serve a 15-month term. Once her term is complete, her husband Joe, who was also found guilty of a number of fraud charges, will begin a 41-month sentence. Because of their four children, the judge on their case allowed them to serve their sentences at different times.
At this point, Joe is handling the Giudice family’s business and personal matters, and juggling their children’s many activities. And while they are expected to move soon, they are currently remaining at Teresa Giudice’s home.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Teresa Giudice’s home was taken off the market earlier this month — but only briefly.
Early this month, a source revealed the following to All About The Tea.
“The snow and bad weather forced Jo to take the house off the market. He can’t handle having to keep the house clean all the time and the driveway free of snow to accommodate the showings. But he does plan to put the house back on the market after the weather improves.”
Teresa Giudice’s home is listed at $2.99 million, but only estimated to be worth just over $2 million.
