Jennifer Aniston Offers ‘Living Proof’ For Her Sweat Plus Serum Tresses Tips: Will She Go Platinum Blonde?

Jennifer Aniston isn’t afraid of sweat. The actress embraces what some women prefer to call a “healthy glow.” That love for perspiration extends to championing the “no-poo” movement, in which she skips washing her hair for a few days because Aniston contends it gives her hair more bounce to the ounce, she told Fashionista.

Famed for her devotion to daily workouts, from cardio to yoga, Jennifer has developed her own philosophy that contradicts those who insist on a thorough hair-washing session after each bout of exercise.

“I go every two to three days easily without washing my hair. A little sweat in the hair is nice. It’s like a little product. You just blow it out with your fingers and it’s actually just fun.”

As for using professional hair product, Jennifer is a co-owner in a hair care company called Living Proof. With MIT scientists numbering among the product developers, the company has created a variety of offerings designed to help your luscious locks look just like your favorite Friends actress.

In particular, Aniston is enthusiastic about the newest product, called Night Cap. Devotees put the serum on their dry hair before bed in order to achieve that glossy Aniston-esque appearance.

Jennifer explained how the concept becomes reality.

“It’s just giving that extra nourishment and extra love that we give to our skin at night. It’s like having a conditioner on your hair all the time that isn’t weighing it down. My hair is shiny, it’s healthy, it’s growing.”

In addition to discussing her top tips on tresses, Aniston delved into her friendship with her hair stylist, Chris McMillan. The two have become close after years of working together, and she admires his skills, although she’s firm about never getting a pixie cut.

“Chris has that thing where he’s like Edward Scissorhands. He just sees hair and he wants to cut it. He would love for me to go… he wants to just cut it all off, kind of like a pixie, which I will never do.”

Most recently, Kim Kardashian has attracted attention for abruptly going platinum blonde in the midst of Fashion Week, attracting more attention than the chicest of supermodels, as the Inquisitr reported. While Kim gave the Parisian paparazzi their fill of pleasures, not everyone is a fan of that white-blonde look.

In particular, Aniston commented on platinum blonde hair in what seemed like a slam directed at Kim, reported Hollywood Life.

Jennifer revealed that in addition to never having a pixie cut, she won’t go platinum.

“I’m not a trend person really. I kind of wait for the trends to go. Platinum blond — unless it was a wig — no,” she declared firmly.
