‘Teen Mom OG’ Feud: Farrah Abraham Praises Amber Portwood, Slams Rest Of Cast
Teen Mom OG may be reuniting Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, and Catelynn Lowell, but that doesn’t mean they are getting along. In fact, the cast’s surprise and discontent with Farrah’s abrupt return to the show has been well documented. The girls seemed blindsided by her return, so much so, that Maci even considered quitting the show altogether!
According to a recent report from the Inquisitr, Maci opened up about her frustration with Farrah’s return. In an interview that she originally gave to Wetpaint, she explained that she doesn’t have any hard feelings against Farrah and that she doesn’t judge her, but she also doesn’t want her son on a show where there will be segments talking about adult toys.
Speaking to Radar Online, Farrah Abraham revealed how she feels about the negative things being said about her.
“I will not contribute to the negativity. My life is so much better than theirs. I cater to making the world a better place. I’m tired of going around in circles with them. All they want to talk about is me. Somebody always has to say something negative all the time. I don’t care and I don’t value their opinion.”
Of course, this is not the first time the Teen Mom OG stars have feuded. In fact, this isn’t even the first time Farrah Abraham has feuded with her co-stars. She and Catelynn Lowell famously feuded in the past before making up on VH1’s Couples Therapy, a show they both appeared on, just on different seasons.
After the original Teen Mom ended, Farrah embarked on a career in the adult entertainment industry. She released an adult film as well as a line of adult toys. While not everyone may agree with her choices, there is no doubt she has been incredibly successful after the reality show. Regarding her co-stars comments, Farrah seems it has more to do with “jealous tendencies.”
“I tell them how I feel. The same jealous tendencies come up every time. It’s process of maturity. I don’t believe in fake tendencies. I don’t pay attention to any of them. You have to remove all the bad people in your life.”
Farrah’s comments come shortly after she slammed her co-stars for not including their children on their book covers. My Teenage Dream Ended features a photo of Farrah with her daughter, Sophia, while co-stars Amber Portwood’s book features only herself. The same can be said for Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra as well as Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry who also released books. When Amber caught wind of Farrah’s remark, she took to Twitter to give a mature response.
Interestingly, Amber Portwood is the only Teen Mom OG star that Farrah Abraham had anything positive to say about her new Radar interview.
“Amber is doing a great job. She’s way more focused and steady in her own peace of mind.”
Since being released from prison, Amber Portwood has turned her life around and always stays positive when online. She has yet to respond to Farrah’s most recent comments.
Teen Mom OG will return on March 23.
