Christie Codd and her husband, Joseph J.T. Codd, are dead, and the local police have arrested the missing Leicester couple’s neighbor Robert Jason Owens, 36, for murder. Thirty-eight-year-old Christie Schoen Codd and 45-year old J.T. Codd were reported missing after family members were unable to make contact with them at their home on Sunday.
