Wife With House: Real Estate Ad Includes Free Wife With Purchase Of House, Advertisement Goes Viral [Video]
Want a wife with the purchase of a new home? Well, one Indonesian woman has put her home on the market, and she’s including much more than appliances with the sale of the house. She’s also including herself.
According to NDTV, a female homeowner, named Wina Lia, is selling her two bedroom, two bath home. Of course, the single-story home includes traditional amenities such as appliances, adequate parking, and even a fish pond. However, that’s not all the 40-year-old woman is offering. She’s also including her hand in marriage with the sale of the house.

So, what’s the asking price for such a “sweet” deal? The Indonesian home, located in Sleman, on the island of Java, is on the market for an estimated $76,000. The advertisement, which requests “serious buyers only,” also included a “rare offer.”
“Buyers who don’t negotiate the price… can ask the owner to marry (terms and conditions apply).”
However, the terms and conditions have yet to be disclosed. According to Time, the real estate advertisement for the home as gone viral. The seemingly odd “amenity” has caught the attention of thousands via social media. While some users find the advertisement outrageously comical, others find it a bit disconcerting.

The unconventional advertisement is reportedly a first of it’s kind in the area, so police reportedly paid her a visit to confirm whether or not the listing was real. She has confirmed she’s definitely serious, reports Kompas.
“I told a friend of mine who also works as property agent that if there is a buyer who is a single man or a widower who wants to buy a house, and at the same time look for a wife, he can let me know as I’m also a widow.”
