Teresa Giudice’s prison photos have reportedly been sold for $100,000. Just over two months after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star turned herself in to serve a 15-month prison term for charges of bank and wire fraud, Giudice reportedly posed for the soon-to-be-released photos.
On March 9, the publishing source revealed the following information to Radar Online.
“During a recent visit to the prison, a member of [Teresa Giudice]’s family snapped three photos of her smiling.”
In the photos of Teresa Giudice, the reality star is seen wearing a light brown prison outfit with no makeup and “knotted” hair.
According to the source, the photos are sure to cause a stir when it comes to the security at Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut. After all, cell phones aren’t allowed at the facility, but somehow, the unnamed family member was able to bring their phone in and take several photographs of the incarcerated reality star.
“You can be assured that the prison and its warden is going to be furious when these images are published! It could have serious consequences for [Teresa Giudice].”
Because of the exclusivity of the Teresa Giudice photos, it is no surprise that the family member reportedly scored a six-figure paycheck.
“Leave it to the Giudices to find a way to cash in on Teresa being jailed! The family shopped the images around and one celebrity weekly magazine paid close to $100,000 for them. They’ll be released very soon.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Teresa Giudice is doing more than planning for photos behind bars, she’s also said to be writing a tell-all book about her time in prison.
According to OK! Magazine, Teresa Giudice will discuss several hot topics in her book, including The Real Housewives of New Jersey and her relationship with husband Joe.
As fans of the show have heard, Giudice’s husband has been accused of cheating on her a number of times since the pair began starring in the Bravo reality series. However, despite the reports, Teresa Giudice have remained dedicated to their marriage, as well as their four daughters.
While The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7 has yet to be confirmed, it’s hard to think that the show could go on without Teresa Giudice, so it is possible that Andy Cohen and the network will choose to wait until her release before they begin filming.
Teresa Giudice will be released from prison in early 2016.
