WWE News: Big Update On Vince McMahon And Brock Lesnar Issues, Vince Tells Creative ‘No Back Up Plans’

Over a week ago, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar walked out of WWE RAW due to a contractual disagreement with WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon. The two were said to have been involved in a yelling match back and forth and the argument got so heated that many feared for McMahon’s health if it continued.

The Wrestling Observer stated that the issues between the two are not repaired, but they are not too difficult for the two to get past for more talks in the future. Vince McMahon has reportedly told creative to not come up with a Plan B at any point, as he is certain Brock Lesnar will appear for WWE at WrestleMania 31. Will Brock appear before WrestleMania? That is reportedly unknown, but he is booked for WWE RAW next week. He is advertised and WWE expects him to be present.

Whether or not he shows up is uncertain.

Regarding the UFC appearance over the weekend, McMahon didn’t want Brock going to the event. Brock went anyway, and even spoke with UFC President Dana White days before the event in order to get tickets. This would have been just a few days after Brock and Vince’s heated exchange at RAW. This goes against White’s claims that Lesnar “happened to be in town for business and wanted tickets.”

White is known for spinning the truth a bit, so it is not shocking that he was so vague with regard to Brock. Many have assumed by now that he and Lesnar have spoken about a potential comeback to the UFC. While it is currently unknown if Lesnar will leave WWE, there is a strong possibility that he will. Don’t tell that to McMahon however, as he has felt for months that he can talk Lesnar into staying with WWE.

With regard to WrestleMania, Vince still believes Lesnar will show, if nothing more than to avoid breach of contract. It is said that the pay for Lesnar at WrestleMania is said to be so high that there would be no way he’d want to pass it up. So, while it is unconfirmed that Lesnar will be there, we should know by next week whether or not WWE and Brock have come to terms to at least finish the rest of his deal out.

Again, Vince is pretty confident Lesnar will come back for at least his remaining dates. However, his future with WWE is still in question and will most likely be up until the RAW after WrestleMania 31.
