Rihanna And Chris Brown Are Talking Again — Should Karrueche Be Worried?
Rihanna reportedly called Chris Brown after news broke that he was denied entry into Canada. According to Urban Islandz, a source close to the “Diamonds” singer leaked the info to the gossip rag. Apparently she feels bad for Breezy, who is going through a lot of problems right now — most of which are stemming from the 2008 high profile assault he committed on her while they were dating. The source reportedly thinks that RiRi feels sorry for her old flame, but could that be the ultimate reason why she decided to reach out to him?
“No one really know[sic] Chris like RiRi and if you know her you will know that she is a very thoughtful and compassionate person.”
It’s true that Rihanna is a compassionate person. She’s also a forgiving person, having dated Brown after her assault — as recently as 2013. Of course, that didn’t work out, but fans of the two singers have always believed that both Rih and Brown are still in love with each other. If that’s true, then Karrueche Tran may have reason to be worried about that alleged phone call.
It’s a little suspicious that Rihanna’s call to Chris Brown has come just days after he spilled his guts on The Breakfast Club while visiting New York. He famously commented that Rih wouldn’t ever find a man better than him, and then said he would have liked to impregnate both her and his current girlfriend Karrueche Tran at the same time. His comments about Rihanna inspired plenty of gossip about the possibility that it may not be over between the two of them.
It’s also news that Rihanna has reached out to Brown since he reportedly told Hot 97 that he didn’t text her or reach out to her on her birthday, which just recently passed. Perez Hilton questions whether Chris Brown is trying to be supportive of RiRi or if he’s “a scorned lover.”
What do you think Brown and RiRi talked about during their now famous phone call? Was Kae present during the conversation or was this done on the down low so Chris wouldn’t “get slapped?” Chris has recently said that things are good with him and Karrueche, but if he’s still carrying a torch for Rihanna, then any conversation between the two could cause enough jealousy to put a ripple in their currently calm relationship. Of course, the phone call could have been nothing more than a supportive call to a friend who is going through a tough time. Keep in mind, however, that up until now the two have reportedly not been on speaking terms.
