Kate Middleton is always in the limelight, and the 33-year-old duchess seems to have little difficulty looking immaculate and radiant while in the public eye. But what’s the secret behind Kate’s glowing and flawless complexion? The answer may just about knock you off your chair.
Middleton’s remedy, according to Express U.K., is a drugstore find, and not the fancy serums and hydro-lifting creams, either. When the duchess wants to care for her skin, she simply turns to the Nivea brand.
“Kate Middleton reportedly uses Nivea Visage Pure and Natural Moisturising Day Cream, which retails at a purse-friendly £5.35. Kate has been seen stocking up on the beauty must-have at chemist Boots on the King’s Road in London’s affluent Chelsea area.”
This bargain product is said to “give naturally soft, smooth skin, provide intensive 24 hour moisture and freshness and enrich the skin’s natural healthy glow.” Victoria Beckham apparently has boarded the Nivea Visage Pure fan bus also, as she has been reported as a user of the well-known product.
To join Beckham and Middleton in their skin care selections, be sure to utilize the product as indicated. The cream contains natural ingredients including aloe vera, which is fantastic for its replenishing properties, and argan oil, which is an excellent source of vitamin E. Both main ingredients are organically grown and of enormous benefit to the skin. The cream is to be used daily after cleansing.
At 7 months pregnant and looking as radiant as ever, while stepping out to visit the Emma Bridgewater factory to inspect a charity mug that she helped design for the East Anglia Children’s Hospices, it is clear that the bargain Nivea line is doing wonders.
Although the soon-to-be mommy of two saves a bit of change on her skin care selections, Express notes that Kate’s fashion choices make up for the thriftiness, relaying the designers and costs of the pieces she arrived at the event in.
“Dressed in a dusky blue wool coat by SportMax and her favourite £395 navy blue suede Jimmy Choo court shoes, Kate looked a picture of elegance at the pottery workshop.”
Whatever the Duchess of Cambridge chooses to outfit herself in and regardless of the products she reportedly slathers on her glowing skin, she is known for her chic and effortless style, so much so that recently, model Amy Willerton was quoted as communicating this very message about Middleton. International Business Times recounts Willerton’s words.
“[Kate]never forcefully styles herself. She doesn’t wear a lot of make-up and she looks effortless. She’s got that typical English rose colouring – it’s not exotic and some people may say it’s boring, but she works it and she’s not trying to be anyone else.”
Middleton continues to be an advocate for many organizations and has recently voiced her concerns about the issue of mental health.
