Denying reports that Bobbi Kristina Brown was attempting to commit suicide when she was found unconscious in a bathtub, her cousin, Jerod Brown, is now revealing that the young daughter of Whitney Houston was excited and happy about what she saw as a new music career. Jerod told E! News that despite rumors that she had felt isolated, he had worked closely with Bobbi Kristina to encourage her future.

“She’s excited. She was real focused. She was ecstatic about her new journey that was embarking on.”

In addition, Brown addressed rumors that Bobbi Kristina felt bullied by social media regarding her music.

“You could see [her excitement] on Instagram when she commented on it with the fans as well. She was ready to do this and let the world see what she was working on,” added Jerod.

Moreover, Bobbi Kristina seemed just as happy about her future during the final conversation that they exchanged, which occurred the day before she was found unconscious. Brown declined to reveal the complete details of their discussion.

“I’m gonna keep that [conversation] confidential. However, I was on my way to Atlanta at the time to start recording on her project,” emphasized Jerod.

“We were all excited.”

He did share, however, that her first single is entitled “Guilty of a Love Song.” Brown believed that her personal message had the potential to touch others’ souls.

“It’s about spreading love. That record was going to touch the world. To her it was a very personal song of what her love life was about.”

As for his cousin’s health? Brown revealed that Bobbi Kristina is in a comatose state at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

“[She is] still fighting,” he stressed.

“[Doctors] said she has been opening her eyes and it’s not a good thing or a bad thing.”

Jerod continues to pray for his cousin, and asked others to join him.

“However, I started a campaign called #PrayForBK. I’ve been reading a couple of the messages on Instagram and Twitter and some of the messages are real touching. A lot of people are sharing their own stories. Right now I’m just trying to keep my spirits up by continuing to pray for her.”

Those who want to send their own wishes for Bobbi Kristina on social media can use the hashtag #PrayForBK.

And, as the Inquisitr reported, many celebrities have reached out to express their own prayers for Bobbi Kristina and her family. Among them were Lady Gaga and La Toya Jackson.

Lady Gaga and La Toya Jackson offered their prayers via Twitter , noted E News.

“Let’s All Send Love Light & Prayers To Bobbi Kristina Brown! Wishing Her A Healthy & Speedy Recovery!” – La Toya Jackson

“Praying for Bobbi Kristina. Monsters let’s all together send our love & healing energy to Whitney’s daughter. World send her strength.” – Lady Gaga

At this point, Bobbi Kristina remains on life support, according to Reuters.

A source revealed that previous reports that she had no brain activity were inaccurate, and that the family continues to hold out hope.
