John Stamos Invited To Perform With The Beach Boys On Upcoming Tour

Actor John Stamos might not have been born when the Beach Boys first started playing together but that hasn’t stopped the band from inviting the actor/singer/musician from joining them on their upcoming 50th Anniversary Reunion tour.

News of the invitation came right out of the mouth of a drunk Stamos who was hanging out at the Comedy Store on Sunset Blvd. when he announced:

“[The Beach Boys] asked me to be a part of the show … I feel very honored.”

While he isn’t an original member of the Beach Boys the Full House actor did regularly perform with the group throughout the 1990s. Stamos also jumped in during a few gigs over the last several years.

If sources close to the group are correct the Beach Boys will kick off their reunion tour at the Grammy’s next month, the perfect venue for an actor/performer like John Stamos to join the group.
