RHOA Season 8 has yet to be confirmed, but already, Porsha Williams is speaking out about her return, and revealing her desire to find a husband.
On an episode of The Real , as reported by The YBF on January 28, Williams revealed her plans to get married, which seemed to hint at a possible story line for RHOA Season 8.
“I want a husband! Yes I do and I put it all the way out there and I’m not afraid if he gets afraid because I say I want a husband.”
As the Inquisitr reported last month, Williams revealed on Watch What Happens Live that her demotion was likely the result of her failure to expose her dating life during Season 7.
According to Reality Tea , Williams was dating a professional athlete during RHOA Season 7, and was forced to keep the relationship away from the cameras because of his team contract.
“What happened, I think … I was dating someone at the time, and of course, as part of the show when we sign up, it’s about showing who you date. He was playing football, and his coach told him that he didn’t want him to film until later in the season. So unfortunately, I had filmed and shown some of my personal life, had told the producers that I would show him, but I couldn’t show him until the very, very end and by then it was a little too late.”
In an interview with Radar Online on January 18, Williams said she’d likely be returning to RHOA Season 8 as a full-time housewife. Speaking to the site, she revealed the following .
“It would surprise me if it wasn’t offered just because of the response that I get through all of my social media. I see a lot of people who are very vocal about [the fact that] they want to see more of myself, more of my story, where’s my life now, what I am doing with my businesses. They’re very interested and I think that’s a great thing. My supporters are amazing and they have really been warriors for getting me back on the show and wanting me to get a peach again.
“I think I’m ready for that type of spotlight again. So I would be looking forward to it. I would if that were the case.”
RHOA Season 8 will likely begin filming later this year.
