Adriana Lima To Star In The 2015 Victoria’s Secret Swim Special
Adriana Lima and the rest of the Victoria’s Secret Angels will headline the 2015 Swim Special on CBS. The Victoria’s Secret Swim Special was shot on the beaches of Puerto Rico. Victoria’s Secret has been leaking footage and photos from the sexy photo shoot, which will also feature in the catalogue. Adriana Lima may have retired her angel wings, but she’s expected to walk in the sexy new runway show. Maroon 5 and Juanes is also expected to perform, according to an exclusive report from K Pop Starz.
CBS announced that there will be a Victoria’s Secret Swim Special that stars Adriana Lima, Behati Prinsloo, and Candice Swanepoel. This is the first time that the sexy lingerie brand will air a swimsuit fashion show. This will also be the first time that Victoria’s Secret will go behind the scenes of its annual swimsuit campaign, which is usually released around the winter months. The Victoria’s Secret Swim Special will premiere on Feb. 26 at 10 p.m. on CBS.
The one-hour special will show Adriana Lima and the other Victoria’s Secret Angels on the beaches of Puerto Rico. A recent CBS press release also gave some additional information as to what the models will be doing and wearing.
“[The Victoria’s Secret Swim Special will show the Victoria’s Secret Angels] as they tackle jungle treks, underwater shoots and overcome personal fears. The special gives unique insight into their character and life stories.”
The crop of Victoria’s Secret Angels includes Lima, Prinsloo, and Swanepoel, but it will also feature Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Joan Smalls, Jac Jagaciak, Elsa Hosk, Martha Hunt, Jasmine Tookes, and Stella Maxwell. Lima and the crew will talk about their careers and the Victoria’s Secret Swimsuit campaign.
Lima also recently announced the news of the Swimsuit Special. The Angel took to Instagram with a sexy photo of herself from the photo shoot. She captioned the photo, “#SomethingBigisComing The first-ever Victoria’s Secrets Swim Special. THURS, FEB 26th, 10/9C on CBS. The 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was filmed in November and aired in December. It included performances by Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, and Hozier. Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio also walked down the catwalk for the last time in the $2 million Dream Angels Fantasy Bra.
The Victoria’s Secret Angels have been getting a lot of attention lately. According to a recent report on the Inquisitr, Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge, Doutzen Kroes, and Behati Prinsloo swapped their Victoria’s Secret lingerie for red football uniforms. The sexy new commercial will debut after the fourth quarter 2-minute warning during the Super Bowl XLIX on Sunday, Feb. 1. The allegedly sexy ad gives viewers a warning.
“Don’t drop the ball. It’s not Valentine’s Day without Victoria’s Secret.”
It’s unclear whether the Super Bowl ad featuring Adriana Lima and crew will be about the Super Bowl itself or Victoria’s Secret new lingerie line, in time for Valentine’s Day. It’s highly likely they won’t stay in the football uniforms for long.
