‘Real Housewives’ Star Kim Richards Threatened With Another Lawsuit, Trainer Claims Dog Is ‘Dangerous’

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Kim Richards is being faced with another lawsuit regarding her pit bull, Kingsley. According to a new report by Radar Online, Richards’ trainer, Kyle Schwab, wants to take her to court over an unpaid training session with her “dangerous” dog.

“Kyle is getting ready to take Kim to court over the training session.”

According to a friend of Schwab’s, “people from all over the country started to ask Kyle to train the dog.”

“When he started interactions with Kim via text messages, he was only supposed to go and train Kingsley for one hour.”

Despite the one-hour arrangement, Schwab ended up spending four hours with Kingsley at Smashface Rescue in Van Nuys, California, “and it did not go well.”

In addition to the dog’s bad behavior, his owner, Real Housewives‘ Richards, was invoiced $530 for Schwab’s services, but failed to pay.

“Kim had a million reasons and excuses as to why she shouldn’t have to pay, including telling Kyle that it was supposed to be an interview, and not a formal training session.”

One month later, Schwab has had enough of the Real Housewives star’s excuses.

“Kyle’s only option now is to take her to small claims court over this. She has cut off all communication with him and refuses to pay him for training Kingsley.”

“It’s unfortunate, because Kyle did have some success with training the dog, but that dog is one of the most dangerous pit bulls Kyle has ever worked with and during the session, Kingsley tried to attack him.”

“Kyle is probably this dog’s last chance. Many people refer to him as the ‘pit bull whisperer’ because of his success in training that breed. But no one knows where Kingsley is now. He could be back living with her again, because she has gone radio silent on Kyle or on any of the trainers we know.”

As the Inquisitr reported, this isn’t the only legal drama Richards is facing. Months ago, after hearing news of Kingsley’s attack on Kyle Richards’ daughter, Alexia Umansky, a former friend of Richards announced plans to file a lawsuit against her, claiming Kingsley attacked her in early 2014.

In her lawsuit, according to Radar Online, 80-year-old Kay Rozario claimed to have been “severely injured” during the attack, which occurred at Richards’ Los Angeles home.
