Advanced Warfare’s Exo Zombie Havoc Trailer Released [Video]

The Havoc DLC, which is available for purchase separately or as part of the Advanced Warfare season pass, is scheduled for a January 27 release on Xbox Live (Xbox One and Xbox 360). Other platforms, such as PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC will receive the Havoc update following Xbox Live’s release.

In the new zombies mode, Exo Zombies, four untrained and ill prepared employees of Atlas must survive an onslaught of zombies, a new breed of zombies. The uprising includes a form of demonic hell hounds, or zombie dogs.

Call of Duty’s Exo Zombies mode for Advanced Warfare stars celebrities Rose McGowan, Bill Paxton, John Bernthal, and John Malkovich. At the end of the trailer, Malkovich can be heard saying that he hates the Atlas Corporation. Players in the co-op mode of ExoZombies will play as these actors, all of whom are animated and have contributed their voices to the game.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare was 2014’s best selling video game, according to Forbes.

Game Spot’s Eddie Makuch described the new undead enemies as having “super-abilities,” which he said “should add to the challenge of bringing them down.” He also referenced the closing remark made by Malkovich’s character as “a great one-liner.”

Unlike other Call of Duty zombies, the new ones in Exo are equipped with the same exoskeleton suits that players wear in the game, ComingSoon.net reported.

In an article published on Kotaku regarding the best actor in the Exo Zombie trailer, Mike Fahey wrote, “John Maklovich might take any acting role put in front of him, but he takes them hard.”

In related news, Inquisitr reported this year’s 2015 Call of Duty Championships in which teams from around the world will play against one another in competition for a $1 million prize pool and the title of World Champion. The “lion’s share” of the million dollar prize will be awarded to the winning team.

Players discovered a new Easter-egg in CoD: Advanced Warfare, the least advanced gun in the game, a secret RPG at the top of a building in an area the Call of Duty developers didn’t want you to get into, primarily because there’s no floor beneath you, Inquisitr reported on Sunday.

After watching the trailer, who do you think the best actor in the new Advanced Warfare DLC trailer is?
