WWE News: DX Vs. NWO Segment Scheduled For Monday’s RAW? Both Factions Will Be There

In case you missed it, WWE announced that Kevin Nash will be appearing on RAW Monday along with fellow WWE legends Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels. Nash was originally supposed to appear on this coming Monday’s RAW, but was pulled from the show and suspended by WWE due to a domestic dispute. Now, all charges have been dropped, and Nash will be appearing on the show.

The original plan for Monday’s RAW— which is being called “RAW Reunion,” was to have Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and Hulk Hogan reunite the NWO.

It’s been confirmed that Sean “X-Pac” Waltman will be on RAW along with Billy Gunn. As of right now, Gunn’s tag-team partner Road Dogg has not been announced, but is expected to be there. So, this begs the question, will WWE put the NWO and DX in the ring together? It’s been a dream scenario for over 15 years.

Nash and Hall have talked about the two factions doing battle in the past, and have made mention that the interesting thing about it is that X-Pac is the wildcard because he was part of both factions when they were at their peak.

The original DX faction consisted of Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Chyna, Billy Gunn and Road Dogg. It’s unlikely that WWE will bring Chyna back despite her being interested in coming back. So, the representatives for DX on Monday will likely be Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Billy Gunn and Road Dogg.

The original NWO faction consisted of Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and Hulk Hogan. The Giant a.k.a Big Show was the fourth member of the NWO, followed by the fake Sting and Syxx aka X-Pac. So, the representatives for the NWO could be Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Hulk Hogan and Syxx. It’s unlikely that Big Show will get involved.

Another scenario that’s been thrown around is to have The Kliq — which consists of Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and X-Pac have an in-ring or backstage segment together.

There are rumors that WWE is planning a big surprise for Monday’s show, and that surprise will likely end up being Sting, as he’s expected to be at RAW to confront Triple H, and possibly aim to get Dolph Ziggler, Ryback, and Erick Rowan their jobs back, as the three of them are expected to be at RAW as well.
