As her baby bump blossoms, pregnant Jessica Biel gets her glow on with a healthy diet and fitness program. She and husband Justin Timberlake are expecting their first child in the spring, reported E! News.
Jessica believes in eating organic to stay healthy, choosing food specifically from local farms to boost their nutritional value, said a source.
"She has been having deliveries from local farms so she can eat fresh organic produce and be as healthy as possible throughout the pregnancy. Being healthy is really important to her. She is very aware of the importance of eating well. She wants to have the best pregnancy possible."Biel uses a company called Paleta, created by Executive Chef Kelly Boyer to provide clients with a healthy version of haute cuisine. The ingredients are sourced from local farms, cruelty-free ranches, and responsible fisheries.
Jessica praised Paleta on Twitter.
Thank you eatpaleta for making my life easy & delicious. 3 meals & snacks at my doorstep? Yes pls. #PaletaForLife. In addition to her organic food devotion, Biel believes in the power of Paleo diets, as the Inquisitr reported.
"Eating Paleo just leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat and water-weight right off your body," said Jessica prior to her pregnancy.
She also exercises regularly, although she's moderated the intensity now that she's pregnant, said an insider. The animal lover is especially fond of walking with her dogs.
"She's in her third trimester now and feeling good. She has stayed active during her pregnancy and tried to get in as much exercise as possible.Meanwhile, hubby Justin Timberlake is busy counting his cash after completing his 20/20 Experience world tour, which totaled $231.7 million, reported Billboard. The tour took 14 months, with 1.9 million fans attending his 128 performances. As a result of the uber-hot pop phenemon's efforts, he's won the No. 1 ranking in the weekly Hot Tours tally.
"She loves going hiking or on walks. She also does yoga at home and light stretching. She has spent a lot of time at home and plans to slow down on traveling in the next two months... she's embraced being a homebody and taking it easy."
And just how does the hottie stay hot? Timberlake revealed his kick-start breakfast menu and tough training program to Bon Appetit.
"I train in the mornings and I'll eat two breakfasts. I'll have waffles with flax seed and almond butter and one egg scrambled. Then I'll work out and have a second breakfast–another egg or a protein shake. Within a half-hour to 40 minutes after a workout, that's when you want to load up on protein. I mostly workout so I can eat religiously."Justin admits that touring can make it tough to stick to his diet and fitness regime. However, he packs his food as much as possible, and makes time for exercise. And the reason is simple -- he loves to eat.
"I'm such a foodie. The only way I can make myself feel better about what I eat is to work out. I'm such a Type A personality–when it comes to a road trip, I plan my food so far in advance. I roll hard with a cooler. I don't mess around. I want to avoid ending up eating fast food. I try to stay away from that."[Photo By Noel Vasquez/Getty Images]
