Coleen Nolan: ‘Loose Woman’ Heard Son Having Sex, Admits Being ‘Impressed,’ Son Tweets Embarrassment
Coleen Nolan, a British television personality, admitted that she heard her son having sex and was impressed with his bedroom antics.
According to the Mirror, Nolan made the remark while appearing on Loose Women, a British television show that is similar to The View.
In what could easily be construed as the most embarrassing thing a mother has ever said on national television, Nolan decided to inform her fellow panelists as well as the studio audience of her son’s sexual prowess.
I’ll let Coleen take up the reigns of the tale at this point.
“I came down one morning and had a missed call from Shane Junior and I’d missed it at 4am. I knew he’d been out so I was panicking, thinking ‘oh my God,’ he might be in hospital and all that.
And it had gone to voicemail and I was listening to it for about the first ten seconds and I was thinking ‘what the hell is that?’ I realised his phone had gone off during… his night of passion.”
It didn’t finish there though, because Coleen noted that she didn’t decide to stop listening even once she’d become aware of what the recording consisted of.
“I listened for four and a half of minutes… I was dead impressed.”
Then to add to her son’s horror, when he arrived back home with his girlfriend, Coleen decided to play the recording to them both.
“When he came round I played it for him and his girlfriend. I had to embarrass him.”
As you can imagine, Shane was rightly mortified once he had learned of his mother’s on-screen comments. He even took to Twitter to register his shock.

Coleen Nolan’s remarks weren’t met entirely with humor though. Some people started to message Shane calling his mother a “pervert” for listening in on her son’s sexual exploits. However, Shane quickly took to Twitter to defend her, admitting that, while he was a tad embarrassed at her comments, she was still the best mother in the world.
