Could Stassi Schroeder and Patrick Meagher be expecting their first child?
Schroeder has been hinting at a Vanderpump Rules exit for the last week, but according to her, it’s not because she’s pregnant. While Schroeder is “ready” to get engaged, she claims she’s in no rush for children.
In a January 13 interview, Schroeder opened up about a possible engagement, babies and life with boyfriend Patrick Meagher.
“If tomorrow he proposed, I would be ready,” Schroeder told Wetpaint Entertainment . “We don’t feel the need to experience more of life.”
“We’re settled. I don’t need to meet new people. I don’t need to go out. I don’t need to be wild. We’re at a point where we’re really comfortable with our lives and the way it is. I can’t imagine being single and I can’t imagine not having him.”
Currently living in Los Angeles after a brief stint in New York City, Stassi Schroeder and Patrick Meagher have discussed having children, but decided it would be best to wait a while.
“We’ve decided in five years it would be a good time to have a baby. I’m not in a rush. It’s as serious as it can get. We’re more settled. We’ve created a home that’s now both of ours. Now there’s just this giant sense of comfort and safety.”
Although Schroeder exposed a previous relationship on reality, she has no plans to do so with Meagher. In fact, Stassi Schroeder and Patrick Meagher have chosen not to appear together on Vanderpump Rules at all.
“I keep him separate from my job. He has nothing to do with it. It’s not his thing. It’s really important to have things be very separate. Why would he have anything to do with this show? He’s a wonderfully kind 36-year-old professional with a great job and great head on his shoulders. He’s not SUR material. It wouldn’t make sense. I want to protect him.”
In a handful of recent interviews, Schroeder has claimed she’s done with reality TV, but Lisa Vanderpump, as the Inquisitr reported, doesn’t seem too concerned about her possible exit from the series .
In an interview with Perez Hilton , Vanderpump revealed her thoughts .
“A lot of nasty, negative things said about everybody else, including me, which I think is a shame really, at this point, because I think at SUR, they were like family, and I think we gave her some great opportunities. It’s a shame, but I guess people learn from their own mistakes.”
Stassi Schroeder and Patrick Meagher began dating in early 2014 after filming wrapped on the second season of Vanderpump Rules .
