That rough patch Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were rumored to have hit earlier this year is believed to have been caused because of their children.
Specifically TMZ has learned that the power-duo were not able to agree on if and when their children should be given their shot at stardom.
For his part Will Smith wanted the kids to jump right in and establish their acting and singing chops at a young age, while Jada Pinkett believed the children should be allowed to grow up before being thrown into the spotlight and everything it brings with it.
That same source says the couple are doing “wonderful” now and are happy with the way Jaden Smith and Willow Smith have handled their growing celebrity status.
During separation rumors it was believed Jada may have had an affair with Marc Anthony , yet the couple remained strong and in the public spotlight and for all intensive purposes they seem more visible to the public and happy now.
Will Smith’s reps have made no comment regarding the rumor.
