Jesus Tells Tim Tebow To Start Praying to Matt Prater [Video]

Tim Tebow’s string of last minute comebacks has left many people baffled. How can someone go three quarters with only a few complete passes but still manage to take win after win? It turns out the answer is pretty simple. Jesus did it.

Yes, Jesus has officially taken credit for the Denver Broncos last six wins. But JC might not be able to help the Broncos out this weekend.

Jesus said:

“The Patriots? That’s going to be tough. I mean, if I’m the son of God than Tom Brady is the guy’s nephew. That guys incredible.”

Jesus also said that he’s not the only one that the Broncos should thank. After his performance last week against the Bears, JC said that Tebow should probably direct his prayers to Matt Prater.

Jesus said:

“This guy hits a 59-year-old field goal… I’ll tell you something. I’d pray to Matt Prater.”

Here’s the clip from Saturday Night Live.

So is Tebow the Mile High Messiah? What did you think of the SNL skit?

Tebow has received a lot of criticism and a lot of praise for his overwhelming faith in God. Do you think Tebow is unfairly criticized for his faith? Kurt Warner, another stud quarterback and devout Christian, said:

“You can’t help but cheer for a guy like that. But I’d tell him, ‘Put down the boldness in regards to the words, and keep living the way you’re living. Let your teammates do the talking for you. Let them cheer on your testimony.’

Will Tim Tebow’s faith be able to conquer Tom Brady’s arm?
